All treatments are fully customized. We carefully adjust pressure, techniques, and skincare products for each client.

If you are experiencing any of the following, intensive facial massage may not be recommended and your treatment will be modified accordingly:
    •    Active acne breakouts or rosacea flare-ups
    •    Skin infections, cold sores, or fever
    •    Very high blood pressure or recent tooth extractions

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions or concerns prior to your appointment so we can ensure a safe and appropriate treatment.

What are the contraindications for facial massages

How often should I get a facial or massage?

7

For long-term lifting and skin health, we recommend a treatment every 4 to 6 weeks. For a corrective Kobido series, once a week for a month is ideal

Absolutely. We adapt our techniques for facial hair, though we recommend not shaving immediately before your appointment to avoid irritation.

Can I get a treatment if I have a beard?

8

Facial massages like Kobido involve deep tissue work and can be intense, but they should never be painful. We always calibrate the pressure to your comfort level.

9

Is the treatment painful?

10

Do you offer men’s treatments

Yes, all of our services are gender-neutral and customized to the specific needs of your skin type and facial structure.

11

What should I do after my treatment?

Drink plenty of water to help with lymphatic drainage and avoid heavy makeup or intense heat (saunas/hot tubs) for 24 hours to let your skin breathe.

Yes! We use pregnancy-safe, non-systemic products. For massages like Kobido, we adapt our techniques for your comfort. If you are past 28 weeks, we will adjust the bed to an incline to ensure you feel safe and relaxed.
